Why we started

We worked inside the businesses we were trying to help.

NuvonHub started from the inside. Our founder, Vishnu, was working physically inside Suman Brothers Wholesalers — watching the operation run on phone calls, spreadsheets, and manual processes every single day.

The problem wasn't that the business was badly run. The problem was that it had no connected digital layer. Orders arrived by phone. Stock was tracked in Excel. Marketing was disconnected from everything else. The owner was the integration layer.

That's when we realised the gap wasn't in the technology. It was in the kind of partner businesses actually needed — someone who understood operations from the inside and stayed to make sure the systems worked.
