Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NuvonHub collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us. We are committed to handling personal data responsibly and transparently.

01

Data controller

The data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website and our services is Nuvonhub Private Limited (trading as NuvonHub), registered in India. For privacy requests contact info@nuvonhub.com. For security enquiries contact security@nuvonhub.com.

We deliver projects remotely for clients worldwide. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we process personal data on lawful bases including contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent where required.

02

Information we collect

We collect limited information to operate our website, respond to enquiries, and deliver our services effectively. This may include:

  • Contact information – such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit a form or contact us directly.
  • Technical information – including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This data helps us secure the site and understand general usage patterns.
  • Communication records – such as emails or messages exchanged with us in relation to enquiries, support, or project discussions.
03

How we use your information

We do not sell personal data. Information is used only where it is necessary and appropriate, including:

  • Responding to enquiries – to reply to messages, discuss requirements, and provide requested information.
  • Delivering services – to manage projects, communicate with clients, and maintain working relationships.
  • Website improvement – to analyse aggregated usage data and improve site structure, content, and performance.
  • Security and compliance – to protect systems, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
04

Data security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. These include secure hosting environments, encrypted connections (SSL), and restricted access to internal systems.

While no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we regularly review our practices to reduce risk and maintain data integrity.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, or where retention is required by law. Typical periods: business enquiries — up to 24 months after last contact; analytics data — per Google's retention settings (if enabled); hosting access logs — per Vercel's standard retention.

05

Third-party services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to support our website and operations. A current list is published on our Trust & security page. Providers we typically use include:

  • Vercel Inc. – website hosting, CDN, and deployment (access logs and content in transit).
  • Web3Forms – delivers contact form submissions (name, email, message, and fields you submit).
  • Google LLC (Analytics) – pseudonymous, aggregated site analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Calendly LLC – meeting scheduling on /contact when enabled (data submitted directly to Calendly).
  • Fontshare – web font delivery (technical logs such as IP address).
  • Google Workspace – business email and correspondence with NuvonHub.

These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers (for example, when you book via Calendly) and are required to protect it appropriately.

06

International data transfers

Nuvonhub Private Limited is registered in India. We serve clients worldwide, so personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where several of our providers operate.

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the provider's standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, and we limit transfers to what is necessary to operate the website and respond to enquiries.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we process personal data lawfully and respond to grievances via info@nuvonhub.com.

07

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable data protection laws, you may have rights relating to your personal data. These may include:

  • Access – requesting a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction – asking us to update or correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion – requesting deletion of personal data where there is no ongoing legitimate reason for processing.
  • Restriction or objection – in certain circumstances, limiting or objecting to how your data is used.

To exercise these rights, email info@nuvonhub.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK).

To withdraw analytics consent, use Cookie settings in the site footer or clear site data in your browser.
