1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

NUVONHUB provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Custom Web & Mobile Application Development
• Managed IT Services & Cloud Support
• Digital Marketing & SEO
• AI Automation & Workflow Implementation

Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for projects are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or project proposals signed by the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, NUVONHUB grants the client full ownership of the final deliverables (code, designs, and content) created specifically for the client's project.

NUVONHUB Rights: We retain the right to reuse generic code snippets, libraries, and frameworks developed by us that do not contain client-specific confidential information. We also reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

4. User Conduct

When using our website or communicating with our team, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NUVONHUB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
